During rubber/plywood moulding process,Heat is applied to the mould Die. As the Die parts remain in contact with steel body of press, Heat flow starts from Die towards body of the press until temperature of Die & Press body becomes equal. In this process of heat losses, More energy(Either Electricity, Oil or any other fuel) is required to pump enough heat for moulding process. Also the press body becomes so hot that it becomes difficult for the worker to work.

The above heat losses can be minimized by using Mould Platen Insulation material like “Thermo Impact” between Die parts & press body. Thermo Impact boards do not allow heat to flow form Die to press body. This in turn leads to great amount of Energy Saving.

“Thermo Impact” has got very high mechanical strength along with very good insulation property.

This process is carried out in “online filtration system-ofs” & “spinning beams”the inside process temperatre is of the order of 300 deg centi. To overcome such problem,good insulation like “thermo light” boards are best suited.

Online filtration system & spinning beams can be covered with insulation blocks made from thermo light. Use of thermo light blocks (75mm thk) can reduce the temperaturefrom 300 deg. Centi. (inside of ofs & spinning beams) to 60 deg. Centi. (outer surface of ofs & spinning beams).

The use of insulation also eliminates possibility of fire in the combustible material around the chimney. The Furnace operations involve very high temperature around 1000-1200 deg.centi. Inside of the furnaces i covered with Refractory ceramics bricks. These bricks bring down the temperature from 1200 deg.centi (Inner) to 300 deg.centi (outer).This is also high temperature. Due to such a high temperature, the surrounding environment becomes too hot & very uncomfortable for the people to work. To overcome such problem, Good Insulation like “Thermo light” boards are best suited as back-up insulation after ceramics bricks.

The lining of Thermo Light boards on outer side further reduces temperature from 300 deg.centi to around 60 deg.centi. High amount of energy saving is achieved by back-up Insulation. As the Thermo Light boards are calcium silicate base, they can not be used on inner side where temperature is 1200 deg.centi.

In the process of manufacturing diamond tools,the diamond segments are heated in graphite pack at very high temperature for increasing their strength.
