Ball Mill We manufacture ball mill for manufacturing grey oxide used in making Lead acid battery. We manufacture these ball mills from mild steel and as per customer's requirements and design specifications. Cleaning Scrubber
- Wherever acid fumes are generated, directly exhausting to atmosphere creates lots of environmental problems. In such cases, PP / FRP material is used for fabricating systems that can withstand the corrosive nature of fumes.

Cyclonic Dust Collector
- This is a device to separate solids (in powder or granular form) from air/gases.
- Air flows at very high speeds in the conical portion periphery which slide to the bottom & leaves dust / solids at bottom.
- Collection: 90% of more than 10 µ particle sizes.
- Usage: Buffing / Grinding / Polishing machines / Air pollution control.

Rotary Furnaces
- Rotary furnaces are used in secondary smelting units for re -processing Copper / Lead from scrap.
- Rotary furnaces have an inner brick lining over which scrap is transformed from solid to molten state due to heat given by oil firing. Oil firing is done with the help of a high -pressure air blower.
- For copper smelting & refining: Refined material is discharged into moulds which are kept in vertical position on trolleys
- For Lead smelting & refining: Refined material is discharged into moulds.
- Rotary furnace is installed on rotary base. It rotates on heavy wheels mounted on base & for pouring finished material; it is lifted by hydraulic cylinders through a power pack.
