About Us

Thermal Tech Engineering commenced its business in 2000 by supplying allied equipment and servicing of heat treatment furnace. Since then our activities grew to include manufacturing of heat treatment, heating and non-ferrous melting furnaces. We are backed by a decade of experience and expertise in thermal technology. We are known for creative engineering, energy saving designs and cost effective solutions.

Our involvement in a project begins from the very stage when a client starts planning for a new industrial furnace/oven installation. We put our designing skills to optimum use to manufacture the equipment best suited to the clients customized requirement. We specialize in turnkey installations of batch-type and continuous process lines. Thermal Tech Engineering has always striven to keep pace with the latest advancement in thermal technologies.

Low fuel consumption. For Oil fired max 60litr per ton (Normalizing temp 9200C) for electric max 300-325 unit per ton (Normaling temp 9200C)
Refractory and insulation of high quality bricks. Ceramic fibre of energy conservative.
Long refractory lining life.
Reduced initial heating time.
Given more number of batches per shift.
Fitted with TTE recuperator for waste heat.
Heating elements operating on low surface load for longer elements life and continuous trouble free furnace operation.
Safety interlocks and protection devices for safe furnace operation.
Perfect temperature uniformity in the furnace.
