Manual Firings System

We manufacture a wide range of manual firing systems where in complete combustion of solid fuel is achieved thorough mixing of fuel. Air and a self sustainable 'combustion temperature is ensured by adequate oxygen to every particle of fuel. Design and performance of each system is influenced by different physical and chemical properties of each solid fuel.

We adopt fluidized bed combustion technology for handling graded fuels and our firings system is widely used for different solid fuels such as coal, lignite, wood waste, husk, petcoke, bagasse & biomass fuels.

  • Digital temperature indicator cum controller cut of ID/FD fan at preset temperature and Restart at preset differential temperature to maintain system temperature
Stack Temperature Control
  • A Blind temperature controller cut of ID/FD fan & sound alarm if stack (flue gas temperature exceeds to preset temperature
Low/No Flow of Thermic fluid
  • Differential pressure switch connected across inlet & outlet headers signals low flow alarm in case of low fluid pressure of thermic fluid in coils
Low Level of Thermic fluid
  • The visual level indicator & float actuated level switch fitted in expansion tank signals alarm in case of low level thermic fluid in the system
Thermic fluid Pump Motor Trip
  • In case of thermic fluid pump motor trip, electrical interlocks cutoff ID/FD fan
Power Failure
  • Diesel Engine drive keeps thermic fluid moving in the system to prevent it's degradation & overflow
Excess Furnace Bed Temperature
  • Digital temperature indicator cum controller senses furnace bed temperature & cut off ID/FD fan above set value (for FBC unit)

Fluidized Bed Combustion

This is the technology that we adopt while manufacturing our fire fighting systems which helps in homogeneous mixing of fuel for maintaining uniform bed temperature & leave low un-burnt fuel, guaranteeing 5 to 7% higher efficiency than any other combustion system.

Air Pre Heater (APH)

There is present an Air Pre Heater (APH) which recovers heat from' flue gases and passes it to combustion chamber. This in turn increases efficiency by 3 to 4% and also reduces flue gas temperature at I.D. Fan which in turn reduce volume of air handled resulting in lower power consumption and ensure higher life of I.D. Fan.

Balance Draft System with in the firing systems ensure ensure minimum penetration of unwanted air through doors and fresh air passes through APH. This ensures maximum fuel to heat operating efficiency for any commercial grade of different fuels.

The heater increases the efficiency of the system by 3 to 4% and reduces flue gas temperature at I.D. Fan. This reduces the volume of air handled which results in lower power consumption and ensures higher life of I.D. Fan.
