Our quality range of Chamber Type Furnaces is manufactured in our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, using quality material and cutting edge technology. Owing to their ability to withstand temperature upto 1000°C, these furnaces are used for annealing, stress relieving, normalizing and hardening. These can also work continuously during work process due to their robust MS shell. We provide these with elements which can operate on low surface load, which results in continuous trouble-free operation and longer element life.

Counter balanced, vertical rise and fall and self-locking type door with guides and rollers.

We manufacture a wide range of High Temperature Baking Furnace or Biscuit Baking Ovens to cater to our clients for their varied industrial plants' needs for the production of crackers, snacks, hard sweet biscuits. Owing to their capacity of 200kg/hr. to 4000kg/hr, these are widely preferred over any such product available in market. These are manufactured using steel's steam-tight tunnel with appropriate division of zones along with heating chambers and stainless steel expansion joints which eliminate the expansion of oven sections. Further, these also have inspection windows for the inspection of baking goods during the whole process.

The specifications are as follows:

• Fully insulated chambers from outside and fully automatic oil or gas burners are fitted to generate required heat
• Temperature is automatically controlled
• The dynamic balanced stainless steel fans or blowers are used to re-circulate the heat and increase the efficiency for the machine with the help of appropriate electric motors

Baking System

• Heat radiators monitors the baking process that are located under and above the wire mesh band
• The closed circulation system has slight vacuum for stopping the gas from entering the baking zone and another blower, which has proper damper controller, controls the moisture in the baking zone

Insulation

• Heat loss is prevented due to the complete covering with 8” or 10” thick mineral wool from top, bottom and side.

Dive and Conveyor Band

• It has appropriate A.C or Dynamometer D.C drive fitted to drive the Z-47 articulate wire mesh band on two rollers provided on both end of baking oven.

Electrical

• Auto-electric control panel with safety devices to operate all electric motor drives and control temperature to maintain required uniform heat at every baking zone by thermostatical auto temperature controller

These are manufactured using quality material in our advanced manufacturing unit. Owing to their robust construction, dimensional accuracy and easy installation these are widely used in various segments. The Horizontal Conveyor Type Furnaces fabricated by us are used for annealing wires of stainless steel and nichrome. These are also compared with conventional brick furnaces where running cost is reduced when cooling or heating time is shortened.
