Established in the year 1998, The Solluna Resort is a leisure hotel situated among a wild life conservation reserve, the Jim Corbett National Park. A four Star facility soon to acquire five star status, our resort offers all the amenities of modern conveniences yet provides an all natural environment where guest can commune with nature. Combining the elements of the sun, moon, water, earth and air ours is an environment friendly resort.
 
Designed by the leading, Delhi based architect, Mrs. Archana Sachdeva, the resort comprises of 25 acres of lush landscaped environs. Nature’s bountiful features are emphasized in this charming bastion of hospitality. Ideally situated at a distance of 266kms from Delhi, a mere 5 hour drive away, the resort offers a wide variety of activities for the whole family.
 
Personalized service, 18 elegant cottages, a conference room, multi cuisine restaurant, 24 hrs coffee shop cum library and a grand buffet are some of the attractions of the resort. The resort is open to guests throughout the year with ample amenities for them to enjoy each season in all its glory.


Our Staff
Our attentive and courteous staff consists of trained personnel from the hospitality industry. Our staff is fully capable of seeing to the comfort of all guests and catering to all their requirements from the moment reservations is made at our resort. Starting From the help desk, all our staff renders its services with a smile. The maintenance staff is unobtrusive yet their presence is strongly felt in the spotless, fresh and well maintained interiors. Supporting our other staff is our team of waiters and stewards who provide our guests with the penultimate dining and lounging experience in the various bonfires, restaurants, buffets and riverside tea services.


Our Location
Our resort is situated in the scenic environs of the Jim Corbett National Park, occupying a vast area of 520.8 sq.kms, and is well connected to major cities by motor able roads. The nearest cosmopolitan city is Delhi the national capital, providing the residents of the city and its neighboring towns a convenient connectivity to our resort. The distance from some cities:
  •       Delhi- 266 kms
  •       Nainital - 85 kms.
  •       Ranikhet – 93 kms.
 
The resort itself is well connected to other centers, of interest to tourists, within the National park by fair weather tracks. The altitude of the resort varies between 400 mts and 1100 mts above sea level and the temperature variations are:
 
  •        35 to 19 degree Celsius in winters
  •        25 to 40 degree Celsius in summers

Elephants are available for wildlife viewing at Khinanauli and Bijrani while coaches and jeeps can be hired from the National Park office at Ramnagar for sightseeing.  Elephant rides are conducted morning and evening.

How To Get There
 The resort is easily accessible by road, by air and by rail. The nearest airport is Pantnagar a mere 133 kms. away and the nearest railway station is Ramnagar. The railway station and airport are both well connected to our resort by roads. The resort is also well connected with other parts of the state making it a very accessible holiday destination. From Delhi, which is 266 kms. from the resort, the road route goes via Hapur, Moradabad (tollroad), Kashipur and onto Ramnagar and is a five hour ride.
