About SteviaStevia rebaudiana is known for its herbal curing properties. The leaves of stevia comprise of 9-12% of glucosides (250-300 times sweeter than sugar), volatile oils, proteins minerals vitamins, fiber and rich in phyto-nutrients. Stevia extracts are widely used in the preparation of medicines that provide relief from problems related to Diabetes, Hypertension / High Blood-Pressure, Teeth And Gums, Skin Care, Obesity etc.
Owing to its beneficial effects Stevia has been approved in 22 countries including Orient & Latin America, Japan, Korea, China, European countries, Malaysia and South Africa. In June 2004, Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives of world Health Organization (JECFA) permitted to use stevia as a food additive. |

InfrastructureBeside our own cultivation farms, we also own state-of-the-art-manufacturing unit, spread in an area of 4000 square feet and is equipped with machines to develop and manufacture a varied range of herbal products.
Installed with high performance machines for product packaging and all the machines are regularly cleaned in order to save the formulations from getting contaminated.
Further implementation of advanced technology enables us to make prudent use of resources without any material wastage. |
Processing of HerbsWhile supplying natural herbs and associated products, it is very necessary to keep ourselves updated with superior quality raw material and to maintain this supremacy we cultivate herbs and plants at our own farms. The whole cultivation process is carried out under the supervision of herbal experts and experienced farmers. For cultivation of stevia, aloe vera and tulsi plant the mandatory requirements are:
- Monitoring light
- Relative Humidity
- Temperature
- Exact Air Requirements
We derive the seedlings from reputed vendors and also obtain dried leaves form Indian farmers. We cultivate our plants in fine red soil that is one of the most fertile areas in the country. Removal of weeds at continuous time intervals is also carried out manually to ensure picking up of pure herbs. Harvesting is done by plucking the leaves and sometimes we also cut the plant with side branches leaving 15 cm from the base.
