Superior Tape Wrapped Sintered Poly Tetra Fluro

Single and Dual Core Screened Under Tile / Under Floor Heating (UTH)
Elements :
Double PTFE (Teflon)® coated insulation provides extra
safety and durability. The Braid gives safety of electrical hazards. The
Heating elements are rated at 150 W/sq.m. or 200 W/sq.m.
Available in standard wattages from 150 to 3000 W, with attached cold
tails. They have quick response time and provide even warmth across the
room through Radiant Heating.

Single and Dual Core Screened Under Tile Heating Set Mats :
UTH elements are preformed for ease of installation and supplied with
or without glass fibre mesh. Available from 150 to 2000 Watts. in size
to 1Sq.m to 10Sq.m, rated at 150W/sqm. or 200 W/sqm. Ideal for quick
laying and 'DIY' application.

Carpet Heating Mats |

Under Carpet Heating Mats : PTFE insulated heating mats are
encapsulated in a reinforced high temperature foil for added protection
and heat transfer. The heating mat sits between the carpet &
underlay and provides extremely quick warming time.
Available from 250 to 2000 Watts in different sizes.

Radiant Panel Heaters : Radiant heating is the most natural way
of heating. The panels directly heat the masses in a room and the warmth
is evenly distributed. Radiant Panel heaters are safe, efficient, and
aesthetically appealing. Rated from 600W to 1200W.

Aluminum Foil Heaters : The heating wire is glued to aluminum
foil. The foil acts as a heat conductor. Foil heaters have a range of
uses due to their flexibility, resistance to moisture, durability and
economical price. Most commonly used in Frost-Free Refrigerators, Mirror
Heaters, in small electrical appliances and for agricultural purpose.

Heated Towel Rails : These keep towels nice and dry throughout
the day and reduce the chill with gentle background warmth.
Available in many design from 60 - 110 Watts.

Mirror De Mister : These are heating film backings for mirrors
to prevent mist formation. It Saves cleaning of mirrors, negligible
running costs, is simple to install. It is available in different
wattage from 30W to 80W and sizes to suit all mirrors.

Teflon Hook up Wires |
|
PTFE (Teflon)® Insulated Hook-up / Equipment Wires as
per U.S.A MIL-W-16878 or British BS-2G-210, are used for internal wiring
of high performance electronic / electrical / avionic equipment. These
are smaller in size , lighter weight and offer good mechanical strength
with much higher reliability. Conductors Offered are Silver Plated
Copper (SPC) as per ASTM B - 298 or Nickel Plated Copper (NPC) as per
ASTM B - 355.
We can supply PTFE Hook-up Wire harnesses with connectors / terminal
fitted.

Electric
Heating Band (Wire) Series |

Auxiliary Electric Heating Band / Wire : Nichrome wire is
helically wound on glass fibre cord (Kernel Construction) insulated with
PTFE and cold tails attached. It is used to pre-heat the compressor of
air conditioners, crankcase and a variety of other applications.
