Established in the year 1995, Thiochemi Pvt. Ltd. manufactures household pesticides and public health insecticide formulations, using in-house machinery and tools. All our products meet international quality standards to ensure their safety on non-target species and effectiveness on target species. Our mentors Dr.T.Raghunath and Mr. V.Balakrishnan have 30-35 years of experience in research, manufacture, quality control and marketing of pesticides, in various multinational and government establishments. Our company is a member of Chemxil, and Pesticides Manufacturers and Formulators Association of India, Mumbai, which helps us to stay updated with the latest industry developments. This, combined with our hard work, has helped us in increasing our turnover to 12 crores.

We have well-ventilated, hygienic and systematic storage system in our warehouses, which ensures quality maintenance of our products. We have separate sections for different products, which are labeled and stored for easy accessibility. Normally, we use CFB boxes for packaging but they can be changed on order from our clients. After quality inspection, our products are packaged according to client specification, and sent to our logistics agents for safe and timely delivery to our clients.

Quality is the area of prime concern for our organization. Our team of quality control inspectors conducts various in-house quality tests right from the input stage till the final dispatch of products. Our company also supplies reports of various tests conducted on the raw materials to our clients. We adhere ourselves to WHO / BIS / CIB approved specification and test methods. Our products are tested in terms of:

• Efficacy
• Effect on non-target organisms
• Period of exposure of target organisms
• Flammability

Before final dispatch, each consignment goes through random checks to ensure consistent quality. This helps in providing maximum client satisfaction, thus bringing in more orders.

We procure our raw materials like pesticides fillers, solvents, LPG etc. from reliable vendors, so that our commitment to quality is fulfilled. Raw materials undergo various tests, the results of which can also be supplied for cross-checking. The finished products also pass through a range of tests to ensure their adherence to international standards. Our range of products includes : Insecticide chalks:
