The business avenues of our company comprises of manufacturing, supplying and exporting of auto-loom woven fabrics and narrow tapes. We initiated our business propositions in 1950 with the products catering to the Indian market. With perseverance, the company increased its magnitude of operations with techno-commercial peoples and expanded further in the name of Thugiil Trimmings to cater export market with the base fabric for garment & home furnishing along with its accessories.
The company has sophisticated infrastructural set up and team of industry experts. Customers from both domestic and international markets can procure our range of products at competent rates. Moreover, by delivering quality products on scheduled time, we have earned an enviable list of clientele to our credit. |

Product Profile
Our huge product array is manufactured by using efficient techniques and quality raw materials including Organic Cotton, Cotton, Polyester, Spun Polyester, Melange, Acrylic, Polypropelene, Nylon, and many more. Our products are AZO FREE, FORMALDIHYDE free and meet the requirements of OEKO TEX. Moreover, our products are available in different patterns viz plain and design. These products can also be sourced in vibrant colour schemes. Our range includes narrow tapes, home furnishing fabrics and shirting fabrics. Salient features of our products are as follows:

Our Workforce
Our workforce includes different teams of trained personnel and experienced engineers. Our highly skilled & experienced team of industrial experts has helped the organization to achieve new heights of success in the sphere of textile/garment industry, in particular.
In addition to our administrative staff and manufacturing staff, we also possess a specialized team to give advice on different treatments that are or can be undertaken to achieve a perfect finish onto our narrow fabrics.
Additionally, we carry out training programs from time-to-time, to keep our personnel abreast with the fast altering technology and increasing their work skills. |
Infrastructure
Our organization has versatile infrastructural set up and by team of experts. Collared with latest technologies, extensive design base and imported machines, our set up is second to none.
- Weaving unit is located at Cauvery Hitech Weaving Park, promoted by Ministry of Textiles-Government of India, with 42 Imported rapier looms. Our weaving unit is backed by an excellent manufacturing facility that help us strengthen our quality standards and ensure timely delivery.
- Narrow Tape Unit is located in heart of the town Komarapalayam, with 10 state-of –art needle looms. To ensure top-notch quality and achieve conformance on the products, our narrow tape unit has adopted Total Quality Management, implementing strict quality check regime to deliver immaculate products to our customers.

Quality Policy
We strive hard to follow the quality guidelines that are drafted carefully and strategically by our quality experts. These quality guidelines conform to the catering the needs of domestic as well as global clients. We possess an in-house quality assurance laboratory which operates daily, 24x7 to assure conformance to different specifications at every level of production.
We perform different quality tests at regular intervals of the manufacture process and after any change/modification in it. Different quality tests done on our products are as follows:
- Color fastness to normal wash
- Chlorine wash
- Non-chlorine wash
- Laundry wash
- Light
- Crocking
We also perform quality checks, tests to ensure perfect dyeing & finishing; matching our client’s color requirements exactly. For incessant product improvement & defect prevention, we endeavor to enhance our quality standards following systematic steps. |
