also, we conduct thorough chemical & physical testing of the metals used and Procedure Qualification of welding and Performance qualification of welders results in a good quality welding. Further, we perform the non-destructive testings like Dye Penetrant test, Radiography testing and UV testing of the weld joints are carried out as per the client's specifications. All these testings and checks are closely monitored by the quality personnels at our manufacturing unit. |

Manufacturing Facility
We are well equipped with spacious factory area of 1500 sq.meters wherein we have all the facilities required for optimum production. At our unit, we have modern and latest machinery along with advanced technologies. For excellent production, we not only have premium raw materials but also use machines such as lathe, welding, rolling , drilling machine, cutting machine etc. Along with this, we even have in-house design unit where we are acquired with CAD and CAM facilities for efficient design and development. We even have good packaging facilities which help in safe packing and further delivering. |

Packing and Transportation
Great care is taken at the time of packing our products. We provide packing according to product, for example the smaller products are individually packed and then bulk packed in corrugated boxes. We make sure that no damages are caused to the products so packed. After the packaging is done we get our finished material stored in optimum warehouses taking temperature, corrosion and other conditions into our consideration.
Complete care is taken not only at the time of packing but also during delivery. Dispatching as per the scheduled time is our first consideration. We take lead time of seven days from the time of ordering. But after that time period we tend to deliver the products in the correct date and time as specified by the client. |
