  Above machinery produce wealth in villages and make them prosperous,  independent to create autonomous society. So they get rid of exploitation of big centralized industries. This is the way of hapiness. Mahatma Gandhi has asserted that "Precondition of happy society is that means of production of primary needs of the people must be in the hands of common masses". So we are trying to create such happy socities through benign technology. This is not possible until we create our own energy and we do not depend on grid power of highly centralized, exploitative power plants. So we are manufacturing bio mass based tiny steam power plants and steam engines, solar cookers, solar concentrators for power generation, bio gas plants, wind mills etc.
  In short we are developing technology for life, technology for hapiness, technology for world peace, technology for equality. But unfortunately world is suffering from technology for death, technology for mass murder, technology for mass exploitation, technology for war etc. Let us not be part of such evils killing the entire planet.

My own experience is that if we dedicate our life for human benign techology, we can earn far more than big salary in multinational company where your heart will be constantly pinching, while if you are wokring for noble cause, you will get deep job satisfaction in your heart.
