• Oil Expeller Chamber cage opens on hinges simply by tilting of chamber halves. Ease of maintenance.
• Thickness of cake can be changed while running of oil expeller. This is unique facility. It enables to find and adjust cone at the point of optimum.
• Oil pump is now integral part of the oil expeller and hence no separate pump required.
• No foundation is required as foundation frame is supplied. So installation of oil mill is quicker and faster. Also you can shift the machine from one place to another as and when required.
• Tapper roller bearing makes oil expeller very sturdy and durable. No ball bearing fitted anywhere.
• As oil expeller is very compact, it is economical to import by airfreight.

Some explanations for cooking oil mill machinery:

• Highly experienced oil mill operator can extract oil without cooking from some oilseeds such as rapeseeds, cottonseed, sesame, sunflower, copra etc. For Groundnut, Palm kernel, Castor seed, cooking is essential.
• Refining of oil is not required. Filtered oil is best for health. Filter oil has minimum 18 months shelf life. However, cottonseed oil requires refining or at least neutralizing.
• Castor seed oil requires steam heating in a neutralizer vessel before filtration.
• For palm fruits, our conventional expeller will not be useful. Special kind of oil expeller with different design is provided for palm fruits and such expeller especially for palm fruits is not useful for any other oilseeds.

Specifications of Edible Oil Refinery manufactured by us are mentioned below:

All the main vessels i.e. two neutralizers, one bleacher and one deodorizer are properly arranged on the first floor of the steel structure. So all these vessels are hanging on the steel structure. Just below the two neutralizers, two soap pans are resting on the Ground floor in which soap stock is collected.

Steel structure has size of 14ft. x 14ft. (i.e. 4.25mtr. x 4.25mtr). First floor is 9ft. above the ground level. There are 8 columns of double channel, which supports the entire steel structure. It has proper staircase and railing on all the sides of steel structure at the First floor and also on staircase. Two filter presses are also accommodated on the first floor of the steel structure.

Rotary cold press is appropriate for expelling foreign objects like oil seeds, white and black sesame, coconut, almond, and peanut from the oil. We fabricate an excellent range of rotary cold presses, which are widely appreciated by our base of clients across the globe.

Although the extraction of oil is slightly low as compared to other expellers but the oil purified by using our rotary cold compress has an advantage of better aroma and fragrance, better nutritional value and is extremely suitable in the formulation of herbal oil that have better therapeutic value.

Designed as per the latest technology our machines are characterized by the below mentioned distinguishing features:

• It is a compact machine accommodated on 600mm x 600mm base frame. 2 HP electric motor drives vertical mortar revolving at 12 RPM through reduction gear box.
  
• Pestle and mortar are so much robust that practically there is no maintenance.
  
• Pressure increasing device is through heavy spring and screw.
