Platinized Titanium Anode

Platinum have good Physical & Chemical properties like corrosion resistance, very good thermal conductivity. Offering Platinized Titanium Anodes in different sizes in maximum of 1.2 sq.mtr.(1.2 metre X 1.2 metre) in single piece. On customer application and request we can do coating of thickness from 0.5 micron to 20.0 micron. So coating Platinum by treating Titanium, Niobium and Tantalum by electro plating process. Platinized Niobium Anode

As Niobium is resistant to corrosion, the anode remains dimensionally stable over its operating life. Its Consumption rate is low,and it is used in protection system to get life of 6 or more years. Our company is engaged in manufacturing Titanium heating/cooling coils that are made from 100% pure mill products in accordance with ASTM standards. These coils are leak tested and are designed from ½'' to 2'' diameter pipes or tubes that are in accordance with ASTM B337/338 Grade 1 or 2. Our Titanium heating/cooling coils are applicable in heating or cooling of chemical bath and act as an exchanger. Our company also manufactures coils in special sizes and shapes.

We are manufacturing and supplying of Electrodes for Water Ionizer as per customer requirements and specifications. Platinized Electrodes are using in the Ionizer, so we will supply the Platinized Anodes.
Platinum is having very good Physical and Chemical properties such as high corrosion
resistance, good Thermal Conductivity and very good Catalytic nature. But this is an
expensive material and cannot be used in its solid form as an Anode. Because of high
cost as in solid form, so by Electroplating process a thin layer of Platinum over a high
corrosion resistance substrate. Titanium, Tantalum and Niobium are having very good
Mechanical stability and uniform current distribution property.
So by coating Platinum on a specially treated Titanium, Tantalum and Niobium substrate by means of Electro depositing (Plating) process. Our (TTC1) manufactured Platinized and Niobium Anodes that are economical and retain the superior Physical and Chemical properties of Platinum.

Titanium Anode Baskets
Fabricated from Titanium sheets and mesh, they provide easy flow of electrolytes and are available in various shapes and sizes like round type, tray type and as per customer design.

Titanium Heaters
Titanium Heaters are for longer services and durability under severe electrolytic conditions. Heater casings are fabricated from pure Titanium pipe, tube and sheets as per ASTM B 337, 338 and 265 Gr. 1/2 duly welded as per ASTM standard and leak tested. We are also manufacturing the heaters out of Zirconium applicable to Sulfuric acid.

Platinized Titanium Anode
It is an absolutely vital element for wet Electro deposition of precious metals like Gold, Rhodium, Platinum, Palladium and non-ferrous metals like Chromium, Nickel, Copper and Zinc. We also manufacture fasteners, hooks, plating racks, jigs & fixtures, plating barrel clamps, shaft and sleeve out of Titanium and Zirconium for metal finishing industries and electroplating industries.

Thermowell / Sleeves are designed to meet standards established by BSI, DIN, ASME, ISO 9001 and other authorities; manufactured in-house from traceable exotic metals like Titanium Grl,2,5 and 7, Tantalum, Zirconium, Niobium, Hastalloy, Mon el, Inconel.
