	Infrastructure We have a sound infrastructural backup, which is well equipped to manufacture a wide variety of home furnishings, which are in wide demand across the globe. Our production unit enables us in manufacturing 3.00 million kgs per year in a row. Our infrastructure is equipped with- Own production centers located in Madurai and Nagercoil with a combined capacity of over 1500 hand looms 100 power looms located at Madurai and Karur. Dyeing factories at Madurai and Nagercoil Our Production capacity is 4.00 Millon kgs per year in Towels. We also use high quality machines such as sewing machine, cutting machine etc to manufacture our products. Further, we incorporate constant innovations, creativity skills and quality assurance to build the trust of our customers.


	Quality Assurance We maintain a strict vigil on the quality of our home furnishing products to keep them at par with the international standards. At our organization, quality spells right from selection of yarn, fabric construction, weaving of fabric, stitching, coloring dyeing to final packing and delivery. Our quality controllers keep a regular check on the fabric and other accessories in order to provide a high quality product to our esteemed clients. After having satisfied in terms of quality at each level of the manufacturing process at our end, the sample is sent to the client for the approval. This ensures that the products has been approved or rejected by the client, which further ensures the quality. This results in offering complete customer's satisfaction.


	Warehousing and Packaging Our warehouse is one aspect that we take complete care of in terms of maintenance. It is segregated in different storage units to store our product range categorically. This enables in maintaining the inventory of our products and also facilitates in streamlined dispatch. We also lay complete emphasis on the packaging of all our products. We pack them in sturdy cartons and carry bags to ensure complete safety of it. We also take care that minimum damage is done to the consignment while loading and unloading of the consignment to the final destination.
