Vacuum dewatering pump is the core of the system. A continuous discharge vacuum pump is a complete self contained unit. The unit is mounted on a transportation trolley. It gives fast, simple and easy removal of excess water from concrete after compaction and levelling, allowing fast floor finishing.

Vacuum dewatering removes some of the excess water which is always present in concrete. This process, which involves the use of a vacuum pump, can be started immediately after placing and surface vibration. The work is so easy that it dose not require specialists. Firstly, two operators place a suction mat is than connected to a vacuum pump equipped with a suction hose, and the pump is ready for use.
A vacuum is immediately created between the suction mat and the concrete surface. Excess water is extracted out of the concrete by vacuum and discharged through a discharge hose. Therefore concrete by vacuum and discharged through a discharge hose. Therefore concrete can be relatively wet and placing which makes it easier to work with. Vacuum dewatering lower the water content in the concrete by 20-25 %, which noticeably increases the compressive strength and wear resistant of the concrete. Vacuum dewatering does not take much time and gives a further advantage.
A vacuum dewatered concrete surf is so dense that the operator can walk on the fresh concrete directly after finished vacuum dewatering. This means that the next working steps can be started with out waiting time.

Power trowel is fitted with 4 nos. of adjustable blades & are used for perfect finishing of surface after floating operation and 3 to 4 passes are required for giving fine finish to the concrete floor.

Floating with a power-float takes place directly after vacuum dewatering. The floating disc splits the cement particles apart mixing them with the sand particles, which give a very strong and wear-resistant concrete surface. In order to further improve the wear resistance and minimize dusting the concrete surface.

Power floater is surface grinding equipment powered by 3 H.P. electric motor through gear box with floating RPM of 130. It grinds the surface to make it wear resistance.

Poker vibration never gives a really level surface but if this type of vibration is combined with surface vibration, the concrete surface will be level and smooth.
