The Hydro Extractor from TONY”S is a solid & reliable equipment to drain out water from fabrics. Made of stainless steel with a top discharge opening, the basket is statically & dynamically balanced. The bottom chamber is of angular execution with a stopped surface. The outer drum is of welded construction flange & is provided with a feed pipe, wash pipe fume vent pipe along with sight & light glasses. Hydro Extractor works under the unique principle of centrifugal force. The versatile, centrifugal Hydro Extractor is known for its ruggedness yet silent vibration less operation.

• Consists of a fully stainless steel dynamically balanced perforated basket with a top discharge opening.
• The bottom chamber is of angular execution tapering towards the socket and this can be either of carbon steel, well machined inside or it can be lined with stainless steel.
• The complete inside or it can be lined with stainless steel.
• The special bearing consists of a cylindrical roller & an angular bearing, which can take radial & thrust loads, switch & thus the cover cannot be opened until the machine stops
• Transmission of power is done by V-belts with a comfortable adjustment mechanism. 
• Centrifugal clutch & integral break system are essential to reduce high initial torque.
• Mechanical & electrical interlocking devices provided.
• Motor speed of 1440 R.P.M.
