We can manufacture very high accurate CNC Turned Mill Components in DMG Gildemeister CNC turn mill centre Model CTX310 for Automobile, Aerospace, Power Tools, Hydraulics, Electrical and Electronics Industries.
Since we are already having Optical Profile Grinding machines WICKMAN and WASINO with built- in microscope of 10X, 20X, 25X and 50X along with Tool & Cutter grinder and surface grinder, we are in a position to make special tools in house to manufacture critical components and can inspect the components in our microscope before dispatch.
