Advantages of Presswood Pallets
Some of the advantages of using presswood pallets are as follows:

• Pallets do not require ISPM-15 heat treatment
• No need of phytosanitary certificates

Modern Manufacturing Process
Modern technique to manufacture presswood pallets involves the usage of chipboard processes. These are manufactured with the use of recycled raw materials like wood shavings, ex-construction timber, waste wood and even old timber pallets.

Firstly, recycled wood is chipped to size and magnets extract all metal components before these wood chips are washed, dried and mixed with a powdered resin. Then, the chip and the resin mixture is sprinkled into molds, where it is processed under high temperature (180°C) and pressure (800kg/cm2). This process of helps in protecting the environment and also it keeps minimum unit cost.

Quality
Quality is one of the most important feature for any industry to grow its business. We manufacture our product range with the modern manufacturing Process. This process bonds the resin through the wood chips to provide improved water resistance for the finished pallets. Modern testing equipment is used to ensure & control the quality at all the stages during the whole process.

Intense heat and pressure eliminates the need to have the pallets specially treated as per export IPPC-ISPM15 guidelines.

IPPC-ISPM15 Guidelines
We follow IPPC (International Plant Protection Committee) and ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) guidelines. IPPC is a sub-organization of the UN's FAO and aim of this international standard is to harmonize the different national regulations. Import regulations require wooden packaging to undergo various processes like heat treatment, fumigation, certification, marking etc.

According to the ISPM-15 guidelines, particle boards presents no danger whatsoever of raw wood pests. Therefore, presswood pallets are exempted from the IPPC-ISPM15 regulations for non-manufactured wood, thus offering the assurance of a rapid and inexpensive import process.

Environmental Concern
The pallets in our range are exclusively from raw material and waste wood like wooden chips and shavings that are molded with a binding agent. All these raw materials are completely biodegradable.
