Rubber Pads, Rubber Liners, Steel Back Rubber liners and Buffer Pads : -

We offer rubber pads that are made by using various types of natural and synthetic rubbers. The rubber pads/liners can be supplied as solid type with no holes or as pre molded holes, as shown. The liners are Steel backed or molded with washers at the fixing points. Liners are supplied with standard hardware and plugs. Suitable for various impact and abrasion application in several industries.

Polyurethane and Rubber With Ceramic - Liner:-

We provide high quality Polyurethane + Ceramic liners with steel backed surface for fixing.The ceramic used is Alumina with 90-92 % (and above) purity, for added abrasion and toughness. The ceramic shown here is in a Polyurethane matrix. Same can be supplied with rubber also. Alumina available in cylindrical, hexagonal and square/rectangular shapes. Thickness of Alumina used is determined on the basis of application - lump size, materials handled, height of fall, tph etc.
