Variety of compounding techniques are utilised to control specific properties such as hardness, Abrasion resistance, resilience etc. The panels are supplied with accessories like Side fixing bars, Middle Fixing bars, GF washers and all neccessary hardwares suitable for fitment to the Screen body. |

Our high wear and impact resistant rubber compound is specifically designed for scalping operations. for handling the impact and abrasion specially designed steel reinforcements are used to provide the structural rigidity to the panels. the fixing is done with the high tensile hold down bolts and covered by plugs. rider bars is a special feature for providinbg additional stratification surface. |

We manufacture steel reinforced Polyurethane panels with Square Hole. The Polyurethane is chemically bonded to the steel reinforcement of the panels. The panels are designed with u channel fixing as well as pin fitment as shown above.
