The pump mechanism is contained in a metal case with oil level sight guage and drains plug at base. They are mounted on heavy steel base plate and have a wide range and capacity. Fitted with heavy-duty electric motor, all pumps are v-belt driven at a speed of 400 rpm. Our pumps are fabricated out of high-grade cast iron and are worked on sophisticated machines to give accuracy in microns, thus leading to very high-sustained vacuum. |

Rotary Vane Dry Type Vacuum Pump  
Item Code: RVDTVP-01 The Shaft and attached rotor are mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder. Rectangular Vanes fit into slots into the rotor. As the shaft and the rotor rotate, centrifugal force pushes the vanes out against the pump cylinder's inner surface. Gas is drawn through the pump cylinder, compressed and delivered through the exhaust tube. Features : - Models are available in both belt-driven and directly cupled mechanism.

Rotary High Frequency Vane Vacuum Pump  
Item Code: RVDHVP-01 The shaft and the attached rotor are mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder. The rotor is fitted with spring loaded vanes. As the shaft and rotor rotates, springs push the vanes out against the pump cylinder. Gas is drawn through the pump intake tube into the pump cylinder, compressed and delivered through the exhaust tube.

Jet pumps are devices for the conveyance, compression or mixing of gases, liquids and solids using a gas or liquid driving medium. They operate by the conversion of pressure energy into velocity in suitable nozzles. They are "pumps without moving parts".

The flow chanel of the diffusor consist of a part converging in the direction of the flow (the inlet cone), a cylindrical piece (the throat) and a diverging part (the outlet cone). The operation of jet ejectors is based on the fact that the motive medium jet (water of steam), leaving the driving nozzle entrains air from the suction chamber & compress it to atmospheric pressure.

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump  
Item Code: LRVP-02 We provide the clients with liquid ring vacuum pumps, which are manufactured as per the industry standards. Technical Specifications: - In the pumping chamber, an impeller is arranged, which is partly filled with water. This impeller formed by the casing and the control discs
- Between the casing and the control discs located on both the sides, as the impeller turns, forming a rotating water ring in the varying space, the water is flung outwards
- The space between the impeller vanes and the volume of the pockets is sealed off by the water, which increases and decreases as the impeller rotates
- The water- ring sectors pulsating in the chambers between the vanes act as liquid pistons
- Increasing volume of the gas is drawn through the intake parts into chambers as the water recedes
- The gas is further compressed as the impeller continues to rotate and the liquid pistons are forced deeper into the chambers
- The water is segregated from the gas again in a separator connected on the discharge side of the pump
