To manufacture our range, we use special purpose machines, CNC etc, which helps to form the complex ends of tube and ensures the foolproof mating at other end. Further, special care is taken for keeping entire assemblies in almost dust-proof conditions to ensure that vital systems of vehicles are not jammed.

The various tests performed on our range to ensure the high quality are :

The hydraulic & air brake hose assembly that we offer consist of synthetic, oil resistant rubber tube with high tensile wire braids along with the hydraulic fittings. The outer cover of our range like hydraulic brake hose assembly is resistant to abrasion & weather. Hoses are manufactured as per DIN 20022-SN, DIN/EN 853-I SN & SAE 100R series.

Applications Of Hoses:

Air Brake Hose Assembly : These are high pressure hose assemblies for air medium and manufactured as per SAE J1402 standards. Further, our range is used to transmit air flow from a vehicle rigidly mounted brake pipes to a caliper or dum brake, allowing the brake/tire combination, the flexibility to move throughout its full range of operations.

Brake Hose Fittings: These range include female fittings, tube and block fittings, brass banjo, junction block fittings. In addition, we also provide various types of brackets and clips.
