New EPSON Pro Six Robots (6-Axis Robots) Due to the overwhelmingly popular RC520 PC based controller and EPSON RC+ software, our customers once again requested that we build a new manipulator to connect to our powerful yet easy to learn and use controls platform. The EPSON Pro Six PS3-AS00 combined with the RC520 PC based controller is the result of those requests. While the market is full of 6-axis models, it became clear to us that what the market really wanted was a great controls platform along with a great 6-axis arm. The EPSON Pro Six PS3 uses the same industry leading EPSON RC520 PC based controller that controls our popular E2 Series Robots (SCARA) and EPSON EZ Modules (Linear Modules) thus allowing customers to take advantage of one controls solution for their entire factory. With a reach of 791mm (701mm at the wrist center), high performance Sigma III AC servo motors, the famous EPSON servo control system, and of course EPSON RC520 PC based controller, the Pro Six can solve even the most demanding of 6-axis type applications.

High performance EPSON Robots Servo Control gives maximum performance
Galil's DMC-21x3 Ethernet motion controllers are designed for extremely cost-sensitive and space-sensitive applications. The DMC-21x3 controllers are avilable with a variety of plug-in, multi-axis amplifier boards that are designed to eliminate the wiring and any connectivity issues between the controller and drives. Plug-in amplifiers are available for driving stepper, brush and brushless servo motors up to 500 Watts. Or, the DMC-21x3 can be connected to external drives of any power range.
