E-68, MIDC Shiroli, Kolhapur, the company was established in 1994 and from the very beginning the unit is known for consistency in quality of its products and is regarded as a reliable source for graded quality castings that conform to international quality standards. Our company has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception under the able guidance of our mentors that comprise of our qualified directors Mrs. Sushama B. Kadolkar. B. E. In a very short span of time we have catered to various industrial sectors that include sugar industries, cement industries, chemical industries, power plants, etc.

We offer cast iron grate, reciprocating grates, furnace door parts, furnace door assembly, dumping grate, cast iron reciprocating grates, baggasse feeder, economiser, mild steel economiser, S.S furnace door assembly, mixing nozzle assembly, nozzel, mixing chamber, ni hard diffuser-II and pneumatic spreaders.

We are ISO 9001:2000 certified & approved under Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR approved) manufacturers of castings, in material grades like Grey C.I., S. G. Iron, Steel /Alloy Steel, Manganese Steel & Stainless Steel. We strongly believe that our business excellence depends on our quality consciousness. We have in house, well equipped analytical laboratory for quality assurance that is provided with a temperature indicator. For testing hardness of the products we have special hardness testing machines. We are a lean manufacturing orgnisation where continuous improvement is a way of life. We, at Tough Casting, have developed and designed many castings required as spares for boiler manufacturers. For a couple of years now, we have been engaged in manufacturing, assembling, erecting & commissioning of Travelling Grate, a product that finds its usage mainly in co-generation plants and acts as a fuel firing bed. We also specialise in the manufacture of pressure tested boiler quality (IBR approved), heat resistant and wear resistant castings along with other graded castings. We manufacture these castings in a variety of metals and metal alloys like Stainless Steel, Low & High Alloy Steel, Low & High Alloy Cast Iron, S. G. Iron, and Ni-Hard etc. We also cater to customization and supply fully machined castings as per drawings. We have a distinct unit at Belgaum, Karnataka, India, which is our sister concern and goes by the name of Sound Cast Founders & Engineers, Belgaum,where we manufacture low alloy and graded C.I. castings.
