We also manufacture dumping grates used to fire baggasse or wood chips in boilers. We manufacture the grates with the high quality cast iron, which is also heat resistant in nature. These are operated segment wise for dumping ash, which helps in regulating working pressure.

We also manufactre a range of energy economizers which are been manufactured with the high quality mild steel and are best suited for moderate & high temperature flue gas working temperature. C. I. gilled tube energy economizers are used for corrosive atmospheres and low temperature of flue gases. Individual gills are shrink filtered with interference tolerances. Design Features

We also offer stainless steel furnace door assembly which can be fabricated or cast as per client's requirement. The casting contains 1.5 to 2.5% of chromium to withstand the temperature of 450ºC to 600ºC with side hinges, handles, peep holes and holding facility. To withstand the temperature more than 600 to 700º C, stainless steel fabricated doors are manufactured and supplied to various customers.

We also manufacture the mixing nozzle assembly which are used in assemblies of coal fired burners. The sizes of assemblies varies as 4", 5" & 6". The various parts of this assembly are:

We offer pneumatic spreaders available in three sizes, 3 TPH, 5 TPH & 7.5 TPH with C.I. (H. R. quality) chute & distributor tray to adjust the through. Pneumatically operated dampers are operated either manually with hand wheel or with worm & worm wheel. At a time no. of distributor dampers can be operated with the help of geared motor & connecting bar.

We also deal in industrial gratings such as reciprocating grates which are a very simple firing grate systems and made from of heat resistant C. I. & S. G iron castings. Hydraulic power packs are used to generate to & fro motions of grate rows. Alternate rows are stationary, and others are moving. These are used for baggasse, groundnut, mustard & rice husk, etc. Even combination of coal with other above mentioned fuels can be used.
