In this later part of project activity, complete Construction or Construction Management services is carried out as per client/contract requirement. In EPC-LSTK type of contracts, the complete construction activity for the project is undertaken by Toyo India. This responsibility is managed by in-house construction planning department in association with competent and suitable sub-contractor for actual site construction work.

Such services required in PMC or EPCM type of contracts are carried out through in-house construction planning expertise and experience.

This is another important activity of the project. As per recent trend of project execution i.e. EPC contracts on Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) basis, Toyo India is fully geared up for procurement and supply of all goods and services required for the successful execution of the project. This is accomplished through its vast experience independent Material division, Vendor support and assistance from Global Toyo system for overseas procurement.

In conventional type of project implementation methodology i.e. EPCM basis, Toyo India provides procurement services to the client. This generally includes all procurement activities except issuing PO and payments. The client takes the responsibility of issuing purchase order and payments. All items and services, within the battery limit, are procured on account of the project and supplied to the site hence availing of all tax and duty exemptions, if available.

This is inherent part of all types of project activities i.e. EPCM or EPC-LSTK or PMC. The large pool of manpower with requisite qualification and experience is the major resource that Toyo India capitalises in carrying out this activity effectively for every project.
