The Public Address System offered is meant for independent two-way communications network in the industrial plant Functionally, the different process unit and offsite areas of an industrial plant will be inter connected with the central control room through this communication network There are two modes of communication viz. PAGE to address large area and PRIVATE to hold conversation.
 
The following communication can take place in the system:
 
A. Communication between the Field Call Stations (FCS) with the help of Master Control Unit (MCU).

B. Communication between Master Control Unit (MCU) and Field Call stations (FCS).

C. Communication between EPABX subscribers with the Field Call Station through EPABX Interface.
 
The P.A. System network mainly comprises with the following items:
 
 1.  Central Exchange (CE)
 2.  Master Control Unit (MCU)
 3.  Field Call Stations (FCS) with accessories (J.Boxes and loudspeakers)
 4.  Cables for interconnection.
 
Central Exchange (CE)
 
The central control exchange is a microprocessor controlled exchange.
The central control exchange is a free floor mounted 19" rack. The cables from field stations and master control station are terminated on the termination PCB's and terminal blocks, easily accessible from the rear of the rack. The detachable gland plate is provided at the rack bottom, which can be removed & holes punched to facilitate the entry of cables. All the cards / modules sitting inside the rack are distributed in sub racks and all these cards/modules are plug in type giving a modular structure. It is very easy to add some cards for further expansion. The Central Control exchange is 16/32way operate with Master Control units (1 No.), 24 Nos. Zones and EPABX interface (1 no.).
 
 
 
 
 
 

1) MATERIAL- Text Plate Aluminium Alloy Sheet 3.25 mm thick as per IS 737 Box Assembly CRCA Sheet 1.6 mm thick as per IS-513-1973.

2) FINISH- painted mushroom shade 10710. Keyboard smoke grey background with transparent window, illuminated yellow background.

3) This Master Control Desk is provided with Anti-Skid feet for use on table top.

4) Ear Brackets can be mounted for flush operations / for mounted for customers rack or panel.

5) Microphone is supplied 300 mm long flexible shaft.

6) 5 mtr. built in cable and pair of build in bracket is supplied with " MASTER CONTROL DESK."

7) GENERAL TOL +/- 1.0 mm.
