Senior Analyst/ AM- Contract Management
To provide guidance to the associates performing the contracts management work; perform quality control audits on contract management work product that includes but not limited to review and analysis of key contract terms as directed by the client, reviewing, drafting and redlining complex contracts for acceptable terms based on a client-provided criteria; and deliver independent feedback on the associate’s work so to ensure a greater degree of quality control and improved chance in meeting targeted QC goals.
Essential Eligibility Criteria:
· Law degree (L.L.B.) along with minimum 8 years of experience in Contracts Management
· At least 4 years should be in handling global contracts, preferably in a LPO
· An in-depth understanding of commercial contracting terms and conditions/practices and legal implications.
· Solid knowledge of laws & regulations governing the contracts.
· Strong ability to draft, analyze, interpret and negotiate complex contract term
· Must be computer savvy and proficient in the usage of MS Office Suite.
