TPS is offering Dry Fog Dust Control system as a cost effective alternative to Bag house in the material handling plants. Some of the salient features and advantages of the TPS Dry Fog Dust Control system are:-

• Lower capital, operating and maintenance cost compared to De-Dusting Bag House System.
• Since particulate knockdown is achieved in situ, there is no need
  for long duct runs to convey the dust to a central collection point.
• There is no secondary dust disposal problem.
• Easy installation in existing plants.
• In most cases, the system can be installed in operating plants.
•  The “DRY FOG” system takes less space and can  be installed in the
  plants where there is no space  for installation of Bag House
  de-dusting system.
• No major plant modifications are required for  installation of the system.
• Water addition to the process is as low as 0.1% of the weight of the material being handled. 
• No requirement of Chemical.

Aquadyne Dust Suppression System (Water + Chemical) or Plain Water
The main principle of the system is to wet the material. The material is kept damp, thus immobilizing the dust particles, and hence preventing them from becoming air borne.

TPS undertakes the complete design and installation on turnkey basis if required by clients.

Centralized pipeline system are installed for cleaning Multistoried Buildings like Cement Plant packing House ,Crushing and Screening Plants, Boiler House etc.The material is suctioned the centralized pipeline system for recycling / disposal.

The Sprinkler System for Dust Suppression System is basically designed to prevent liftoff of Dust from stockpiles and roads.
