This is a very high tech business. Soft aluminum foil thickness varies from 0.020 / 0.060 mm which has to pass through a number of coatings and printing and again punching to odd shapes on special high speed presses. At no stage direct finger contact on the foil is permitted. Most production runs involve multi color printing with special printing inks & coatings acceptable for direct food contact. These are very stringent specifications strictly to be followed. It is for these reasons there are very few high quality foil lids production plants in the world today. Our technology base is best reflected in the finest packaging machines we build. Most customers have repeat order machines and still repeating. When we build machines, our first consideration is from customer’s point of view-reliability & accuracy-any flaw here can be fatal to their business. Before we start building any machine, we first interact with the customer to know exactly application of the machine and filling product characteristics so that we can fine tune the machine at the building stage.

Our technological base is again reflected in the design and manufacture of plastic packaging cups.There are certain food products need to be packed in thick molded cups while some products are preferred to be packed in thermoformed cups due to economical and other considerations.

We have a very good molding facility (albeit with limited capacity at the moment but is being expanded soon) and a good capacity thermoforming facility at our associate’s plant. We also have excellent design & tool making facility which helps us to offer most appropriate packaging cups for specific applications. Cups are offered plain or multicolor offset printed.
