Construction of the radiators (technical detail) width of radiators : 520 / 300mm mm width radiators using CRCA (from bhushan) with grade ‘D’ sheet thickness : 1.0 & 1.2mm or as per customer requirements. Center to center distance : 500mm to 3000mm No. of element : 2 Nos. to 30 Nos. Pitch : 40 or 50. header : 89mm OD pipe or as per customer external coating : zinc rich primer (flow coat) + epoxy MIO (flow coat) + polyurethane paint (spray paint) or as per customer requirement internal coating : air dry varnish or as per customer requirement. Other fitting like : flange, air release plug, lifting lugs, drain valve as per customer requirement.

Quality of Radiators:

We are manufacturing the steel oil radiators as per IEEMA standards and exporting the job in various countries through Kotsons Pvt. Ltd. Agra, Mehta Overseas Panchkula etc.

We check the quality inprocess.

• Individual leak test of each fin before assembly at the pressure 2.5kg/cm2.
• After assembly we check all the dimensions of each radiators.
• We apply pressure 2.0 kg/cm2 of one hour for leak proof Radiators.
• After painting we check the thickness of paint of each radiators.

Packing of radiators:

We provide the wooden palate for packing the pressed radiators. We also provide the sea worthy packing.

Embodying the traditional character of corrugated tank, the tank has a timeless style that will compliment both traditional architecture and modern homes. With either an un-painted galvanised finish, or a full spectrum of painted colours to choose from, our tank will compliment any outdoor environment. Our tank is available with either a flat or conical top. The conical top is not only aesthetically pleasing, but on larger tank sizes it ensures water doesn’t pond on top of the tank and reduces surface dust and dirt build-up. All our tanks are supplied with a 3/4” outlet and tap, an inbuilt filter, and have a 300mm diameter inspection point with a cover.

The transformer is provided with a corrugated finned tanks. The up-to-date corrugated fins forming, welding and manufacturing line is CNC controlled consisting of decoiler, folding and embossing unit for the front seam.The role of the fins is to increase the surface area of the tanks which is in contact with cooling air.
