With either an un-painted galvanised finish, or a full spectrum of painted colours to choose from, our tank will compliment any outdoor environment. Our tank is available with either a flat or conical top. The conical top is not only aesthetically pleasing, but on larger tank sizes it ensures water doesn’t pond on top of the tank and reduces surface dust and dirt build-up. All our tanks are supplied with a 3/4” outlet and tap, an inbuilt filter, and have a 300mm diameter inspection point with a cover.

Pressed Steel Radiators For Distribution And Power Transformers.
Introducing a new type of Radiator of 24 flute over the existing type- The new circular embossing introduced enables the transformer oil to be distributed across the radiator at any level which results in even heat dissipation over the total width of the element thus improving the heat dissipation and efficiency in comparison with the radiator types available in the market. It further improves the paint finish.

Quality of Radiators:
We are manufacturing the Radiators as per IEEMA Standards and exporting the job in various countries through Kotsons Pvt. Ltd. Agra, Mehta Overseas Panchkula etc.

We check the quality inprocess.

• Individual leak test of each fin before assembly at the pressure 2.5kg/cm2.


• After assembly we check all the dimensions of each radiators.


• We apply pressure 2.0 kg/cm2 of one hour for leak proof Radiators.


• After painting we check the thickness of paint of each radiators.

Packing of radiators:
We provide the wooden palate for packing the radiator.
We also provide the sea worthy packing.

Our standard designs cover the full range of requirements from 5kV to 34.5kV, 500kVA to 10,000kVA, in both liquid and dry type.

The transformer is provided with a corrugated finned tanks. The up-to-date corrugated fins forming, welding and manufacturing line is CNC controlled consisting of decoiler,folding and embossing unit for the front seam.The role of the fins is to increase the surface area of the tanks which is in contact with cooling air.
