Our company was incepted with the aim of being one of the prestigious manufacturers and exporters of various automobile parts, automotive rubber parts, bonrze bushes etc. These products are available in industry standards as well as customized configurations, as per the specifications of our clients. We execute orders with the strict quality inspection procedures starting from manufacturing process right up to the dispatch of products. Our products are offered in all five continents as well as in over 12 countries. Our company owes its success to its mentors Mr. Darshan Singh Khanduja (DS) & Mr. Mohit Singh Khanduja. Having a rich experience of over 40 years, Mr. Darshan Singh Khanduja is engaged in exports of Automobiles Parts. We possess a fully furnished warehousing facility which is strategically located at just 18 miles from JNPT Docks. The warehouse is designed in a specific manner which allows us to store every product in a different section, in a systematic way. It ensures easy access & retrieval of the stocked products. Managed by a team of trained personnel, our warehouse incorporates various salient features such as:

All our business activities are oriented around the ISO 9001 certification acquired by us. We conduct various tests on the procured raw materials and on the manufactured products. Our team of quality inspectors also keeps a strict vigil on every stage of the manufacturing process. Different quality parameters on which the finalized products are tested are as follows:

To ensure that quality tests are conducted efficiently, our facility is equipped with various testing equipments which include vernier caliper, micro miter, air gauges, hardness tester, crack testing machine, surface plate, digital height gauge and surface roughness tester.

Our state-of-the-art facilities have assisted us a lot in acquiring maximum satisfaction of our clients by providing them with superlative products. The facilities include 3 manufacturing units and an in-house tool room facility. The production units are located at New Bombay and are spread across 22,000 square feet. The products are manufactured 7 days a week and the entire work is distributed in 2 shifts to ensure maximum output. These units incorporate various machines and equipments which include:

All our well equipped manufacturing units are fully supported by an in-house tool room facility which allows easy access to an assortment of small tools that are required in the manufacture of our products.

We use innovative technology in the manufacture of our product array which include truck suspension parts & truck axle parts, axle studs wheel nuts nylock nuts, torque arm bolts &bushes equaliser bolts & bushes, hangers, shackles, brackets and other castings, shackle kits, spring pins threded pins shackle bolts, bronze bushes, automotive bonrze bushes, silent block bushes bi-metal bushes, automotive rubber parts, automotive rubber components, u-bolts, landrover parts, landrover underchassis and other vehicular parts.
