About Us“Trans Volt” Company established in 2008, specializes in the manufacturing of Steel Pressed Radiators for Power & Distribution Transformers, Rectifiers, Reactors, etc. The Radiators have a unique design which leads to optimum heat dissipation and corrosion, protection in harsh tropical, coastal & other adverse environments. The unit is situated in Pirangut Industrial Area, Pune – Lavasa city Road, Tal. Mulshi, Dist. Pune. A area 15 KM East of Pune. The area is well connected for the transport & other facilities. The plant is spread over a combined area of 1500 Sq mtrs, with well laid out manufacturing line, most modern machinery, tools & test equipment to produce highest quality Radiators. In the short span of 2 yrs Trans Volt Engineering has consolidated its position in the transformer industry as a leading manufacturer of Transformer Radiators. RANGE OF PRODUCT The plant has a capacity to manufacture the radiators with fin width of 226 & 300 mm having a pitch of 50 MM. Length of fins varies from 400 to 2500 MM in steps of 100 MM & assemblies of 2 to 25 fins, as per customer’s requirements. Our future planning is to do manufacture 520 mm width Radiators in multiple fins. |
