About UsTextile Rubber and Chemical Company is headquartered in Dalton, Georgia, U.S.A. Our company began as a supplier of latex to the emerging tufted carpet and rug industry. As we have grown, so has our global reach. We now export to all continents and have established manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world. Since 1956, we have put our chemical and manufacturing expertise to work in an ever-widening range of industries and technologies. Our belief and our mission since the beginning has been on Research & Development, maintaining outstanding quality standards and providing superior service to our customers and their markets. |
Happenings / News / Press CoverageSeptember 2009: XL North reaches an exclusivity agreement with DuPont to hold all marketing and sales rights of its new Carpet Cleaning and Protection products known as DuPont Teflon Advanced. November 2009: XL North adopts the United States, EPA standards for Green under what is known as the Designed For the Environment program. In doing so XL North debuts its first, certified, green product called Liquid Grab Green as part of a line of Green formulations for the flooring maintenance market. Now our customers can be LEED compliant where and when necessary and still have a product with the same level of cleaning efficacy as Liquid Grab. December 2009: XL North enters the Hard Surface Finish market with a whole new twist. We developed a line of floor finishes that have higher solids (which mean fewer coats necessary ) we added a metal cross linked polymer for better scratch resistance and we incorporated the EPA registered antimicrobial known as Intersept to become the only floor finish on the market that can prevent mold and bacterial growth. This is a hugely important feature when it come to finishing floors in hospitals, nursing homes and schools. Just to name a few.
