Quality Policy / Processes
As quality is our forth, we have been procuring & also importing some special grade of fasteners that commensurate with the international standards. Our quality endeavor consistently assists us to retain our industry reputation of supplying standard range of fastener products.
Each of the fasteners are developed and designed at par to industry standards and specifications by their respective manufacturers. During their manufacturing process, proven grade of stainless steels are used that assists us in ascertaining their flawless and premium standard. On regular basic our quality inspectors audit the quality standard of these fasteners prior to their procurement and enable us in delivering unsurpassed and amicable range of finished products.We are also vouching for continuous improvement on quality and our services being offered to the clients. To ensure requisite quality, we follow stringent quality control methodologies. After procurement, we test each product manually to negate sub-standard quality.It is critical that our products have long working life and hence we make sure the products that we supply are 100% fault-free. Empowered with experienced quality personnel, all products are regularly checked for all kinds of discrepancies at all the stages of production. If any fault is located at any of the stages of production, the component is immediately put out of the production cycle. The team of quality checkers ensures that quality of the procured products is maintained till the consignments reach our clients.
