Trident Steels is based in Karnataka State, India and is in operation since the year 2000. In a short time the company has developed a reputation as suppliers of high integrity investment cast parts. Investment castings are made using expendable wax patterns. The final casting looks pleasing to the eye with excellent and smooth surface finish and close dimensional tolerances.

The process lends itself very well for mass production. Tolerances of +/- 0.15mm per 25mm are regular. As cast holes, shallow pockets, grrooves, intricate and difficult to machine shapes and profiles can be cast regularly, thus saving the buyer considerable time and money by avoiding expensive machining operations.
