Our mentor Mr.Vilas More who had over 25 years experience in the field for design and development of new products has led the organization to the firm grounds of success in the domestic area. Under his guidance, we undertake design, developments and making of precision implants & instruments for specialized application in medical and surgical domain.
We utilized designing & tooling by special manufacturing process on CNC machine to resist corrosion free to make high performance instruments by ensuring precision & consistency in the result.
Owing to our advance R&D division,we have been consistently contributing to instrumentation industry by developing & offering best quality precision surgical instruments.The dimensional accuracy & fine quality of our products has helped us gain bulk orders from our existing customers. |

Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 2000 sq ft and the installed capacity of the plant is 2000 units. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with sophisticated machineries that assist us to achieve the target of bulk production. We are equipped with the latest computer software to provide dimensionally correct products. Our CAD/CAM division assures to meet the specified designs of our clients for their unique requirements. Warehousing and Packaging
Our in house excellent warehouse with high storage capacity, Facilitates us to store and distribute a wide range of surgical products. We can handle both small and large volumes of orders and have separate staff members to deal with our clients requirements. We offer our clients the facility to customized packaging as per their orders and requirements. All our finished products are securely and hygienically packed in plastic pouches, brown papers, corrugated cartons and export quality materials.
