Incepted in the year 1998, Trim Pack is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a quality range of industrial packaging. Our range includes pvc transparent packaging, imitation jewellery packaging, pvc perfumes packaging, pvc cosmetics packaging, toiletries packaging, confectionery packaging etc. Being an ISO 9001-2000 certified company accredited by ANSI and RAB, our entire range is manufactured in accordance with the international quality standards. Our head office is situated at Andheri(E), Mumbai, with the state of art infrastructure that facilitate instant communication, product design, prototype-making and other pre-production activities effectively. Our unit is based at Daman near Vapi spread across 20000 square feet, which is located at easily accessible distance from major cities and ports. This allows for the easy, swift and timely delivery of all consignments. The manufacturing activities are carried out in the factory with the shop floor spread across 10000 sq. feet.

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure unit with well equipped laboratory that assist us in manufacturing our range of industrial packaging in accordance with the international standard. Further, the fabrication facility is supported by an in-house design unit that enables us to manufacture our range of packaging material at our own premises as per the requirements of the clients.

The methods that we follow for manufacturing our range of industrial packaging are given below:
 
Pre-Production Facilities

1. Designing

The first stage is designing, we design boxes for our customer’s products to enhance its visibility and attraction for the products packed and displayed on the POP.

2. Prototype Making

We not only design our range, further, we also make printed replica of the boxes that is to be manufactured. This ensures that the products offered by us are as per the exact specification given by our clients. 

Production Facilities

We have four distinct production activities, which includes:

Foil embossing

Foil embossing machines with capacity of 30,000 units per shift

Screen printing

For screen printing, we have fully equipped dark-room with screen-stretcher, screen-coater, touching-table, screen drying-oven, and screen-exposing machine with vacuum and metal-halide light source. Further, we also have semi-automatic screen printing machines, conveyor zed dryer to produce 20,000 impressions per shift and allows making some very interesting effects that are not possible using other printing methods.

Punching

We have different sizes of punching machines to produce 1, 00,000 boxes per shift.

Sealing

The sealing machines are also installed at our premises to produce 80,000 boxes per shift

We have total in house production facilities such as offset printing on PP as well as PVC.  In addition to this, we also have in house machines such as:

• Soft punching
• Ultrasonic welding
• Hotmail clueing
• PUR applicators & PVC sealing machine

Further, we also have online gold foiling facilities to meet the varied requirements of our clients.
