Box Type Tampering Furnace

This type of furnace is used only for Tempering purpose for Sealed Quench furnace. We can tailor make the product as per definite demands of our clients.

It is a annealing furnace with a belt width range of 100mm up to 1200mm under controlled atmosphere for a variaty of applications are available. Belt furnaces are electrical or gas heated;

Annealing is been done under 100% hydrogen for magnetic parts und temperatures up to 1220°C is also available as well as low temp. applications with neutral, reducing or controlled oxidizing atmospheres.

Atmosphere zoneing allows improved debindering or delubing; LED low energy dewaxing zone, recarburisation zone, quench cooling unit and convective cooling units can be part of a heat treatment line.

Batch Type Forging Furnace

Our product also known as Pusher Type Forging Furnaceis used for forgings ferrous and non ferrous.

Our forging furnace is a highly efficient heating furnace used for forging and providing optimum heat performance by using the best mix burner, The burner can be fitted into the roof of the furnace and heat directly under materials on the hearth. This improves furnace efficiency and creates a better quality finished product.

This furnace can correspond to variations of materials’ shape, size, throughput, and required heat. Use of a recuperator can enhance furnace operation and energy savings.

Liquid Nitriding Furnace

This furnace is used for Nitriding purpose of the aluminium products. This furnaces are manufactured by our company in Electric/Gas fire/Oil fire with Auto cut-off system.

Electrically heated nitriding liquid is an accelerated nitriding in nitrocarborising bath used for a wide varity of ferous material like steel & cast iron. The component after treatment have rare resistance diffusion layer which provides longer life to the material typically component treated by nitriding liquid are crank shaft & campshaft cylinder liner, timing gears, rocker arm shaft, water dies, sliding gate valves, plastic extrusion screws and punching dies etc.
