We Trimurti Polymers has been manufacturing TEFLON®(PTFE) Lined, Polypropylene(PP)& High Density Polyethylene(HDPE )Lined Carbon Steel Piping Products since 1993, we are associated with numerous Chemical Industries for technical guide lines to develop various components for corrosion resistance in India. Our research and testing facilities are exemplary in the field of unit operations viz. Distillation, Absorption, Heat Transfer, Storage & Handling and Processing in corrosive Chemical Industries. We bring vast array of experience and engineering, manufacturing of corrosion resistance PTFE / PP / HDPE Lined Carbon Steel Piping Products.For lining of carbon steel products,instead of costly FEP/PFA material we have developed Isostatic Molding procedure. With this molding procedure all pipe fittings like Tees, Elbows Reducer etc. can be available with single piece PTFE liner. This pure PTFE lining has high resistant to thermal and mechanical Shocks, as this liner are compressed across to the axis of the liner. The nonstick surface of PTFE minimizes the build up of wall deposits and due to less surface friction, loss of pumping energy is also reduced. Today our clients list includes almost the entire spectrum of operators in chemicals process industry in India.
