TAPL-Trinayana Auto Pvt.Ltd. was set up in August 1995 as a joint venture company with M/s Sona Steering Systems Ltd. (now M/s. Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. in technical collaboration with Koyo Seiko of Japan)- a leading manufacturer of steering systems in India, with the main objective of ensuring a reliable supply of quality automotive flywheels, brake drums for the Maruti Suzuki (Omni-model).

With a modest beginning in January 1997, when the company commenced production with an installed capacity of 1,20,000 units per annum, the company has now grown in strength with a capacity of more than 2,40,000 units per annum at present.

Drums Brake

Automotive Flywheels : Manufacturs a wide range of automotive flywheels for Maruti Suzuki (Omni-model) designed as per the industrial requirements.

Brake Drums : We manufacture high quality range of precision engineered geared brake drums for various industrial applications. Brake drum system is a circular metal component, which rotates with the road wheel.

Brake Assembly : We manufacture clutch brake assembly that combines both clutching and braking capabilities in machines. Our brake assembly are designed for both three and four wheeler vehicles.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
The manufacturing operations of the company are located in HSIDC industrial estate of Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon a modern industrial township located on the outskirts of Delhi. The plant has a built up area of over 7000 sq. ft. and is in the immediate vicinity of Maruti Udyog Ltd. and other major auto companies located in Gurgaon (Haryana).

By combining the advantages of continuous capital investment, both in technology and plant with the additional benefit of competitive labour costs coupled with good availability of skilled technical personnel and strict adherence to quality standards the company offers products of the highest quality at competitive prices. With a current rejection rate of less than 10 ppm the products offered by the company enjoy DOL status with OEM manufacturer's.

MACHINING
The company's machine shop is well equipped with the latest state-of-the-art CNC machines, drilling & tapping centres, paint booth, oven etc. Computer aided design (CAD) is, used extensively and the company keeps abreast with international practices to bring it the very latest in research and development.

Being a tier-2, supplier to Maruti Udyog Ltd. - the largest automobile manufacturer in India, the company is committed to customer satisfaction by supplying quality products and services.
