We manufacture a wide range of Trio HVLP pressure feed spray guns that operates at an air pressure of 10 psi instead of the conventional 45-70 psi, which results in a reduction of bounce back and over spray, thereby increasing the transfer efficiency. Our product gives a paint savings of about 30%.

We have a wide array of trio automatic spray guns that are ideal for fitment to reciprocating or rotary machines, fixed spray positions or programmable robots. The gun has been designed to operate at speeds to match high production rates with a response rate of more than 480 cycles per minute at full pattern width.

We have designed these guns so as to enable fast and easy maintenance as the spray head can be easily removed from the gun body without disturbing the gun position or hose connections. The two piece needle design ensures that the needle remains in position in the spray head during detachment.

The atomizing and the spreader air controls are easily accessible on the top of the gun. At the rear of the gun there is a ratchet controlled fluid flow adjusting mechanism with a zero indicator for easy repeatability of the fluid flow settings.

We offer our range of pressure feed tanks that are available in 2.5, 9, 22 & 45 liters as standard sizes. These are available in both MS and SS. These pressure feed containers are ready to use, with an air regulator for adjusting the air pressure inside the tank, ball valves for paint and air outlet, pressure gauge, inserts and a handle for manual agitation or with automatic agitators as per the clients requirements.

We have for our esteemed clients flushing kit that comprises of a paint feed tank and the cleaning solvent tank. The paint is spread to the spray gun (not in the scope of this product) while painting operation is going on. The cleaning solvent can be flushed within no time through the paint hose and spray gun by changing the valve lever position.

The system consists of paint feed tanks which are available in 9 liter, 22 liters and 45 liters capacity, solvent feed tank 9 liter capacity, paint/ solvent mode valve, regulators, valves, air and paint hoses with connectors and the trolley for mounting entire system.

We manufacture a range of air motors that are designed to drive the stirrer inside the pressure feed containers. Continuous agitation of the material in the pressure feed container is important in case of heavily pigmented or metallic finishes. Lack of agitation can result in the pigments settling at the bottom of the tank there by giving inconsistency in the color.

The air motor operates on compressed air and the output power of the air motor is relative to the speed & to the pressure. It is thus, easy to change the speed of the stirrer by throttling the air inlet. The air motor slows down when the load increases, at the same time its torque increases to a point where it matches the load. It will continue to provide increased torque all the way to the stalled condition. The motor can maintain the stalled position without any harm to the motor. The starting torque of an air motor is lower than the running torque, this provides smooth, no shock starting.

We manufacture a range of powder coating booths with cyclone recovery. These booths powder coated for both batch type and conveyorised applications in standard and custom designed models. The powder recovery is done through single or multi cyclone technology ensuring maximum powder recovery.

Our Corona CF is designed for higher capacities and is suitable for a variety of job patterns. It has a two stage output i.e. full powder output with full cloud pattern in the first stage and low out put with narrow pattern in the second stage. The design ensures better wrap around with uniform coverage.
