With a past experience of imitation Gold & Silver precious plating, Owner has started with a single line for CONTINEOUS STRIP electro-plating of non- ferrous strips/ components in Mumbai at 2002 & Full Equiped BARREL PLATING unit at Pune in 2006. Owner of this company is well experienced in handling volume based plating in Gold, Silver, Copper-Tin, and Nickel-Gold & Nickel. Presently the capacity for Tin & Nickel plating is 20 tones per month with three lines running successfully in Mumbai & Barrel Plating  at Pune unit. The plated strips are used in electrical & electronic stampings supplied to major OEM’s in India. Specialized selective Gold plating techniques were developed for components supplied to TATA Honeywell Automation Pune. The plating line is capable of line speeds of up to 20 meters/min for sensor terminals used on Delphi –TVS electronic ignition systems.
