Management Policy
We, at Triplex Electrochem, both management and staff are committed to the total quality of our product to the satisfaction of our end users without ever affecting the needs and demands of customers. We strive our best to give beyond our customer’s demands in meeting the international specifications for all plating we do on a permanent basis. Efforts will be put in to offer more related plating to our customers inline with our policy to serve customers under one roof.. Process System - Product definition and performance fixation: Before taking up any development or production job into our regular line, each product is defined for its vital dimensions and the performance expectations under customer’s specifications. This includes specifications under overall dimensional requirement and plating thickness requirement. Part wise specification sheet will be laid down, which will remain the basis for our inspection procedure.
- Chemical Composition: In case of development or regular production, considering the type & thickness of plating we use the right quality of chemicals unless specified by customers. Plating specifications are laid down in the part specification sheet itself which is a basis for acceptance of particular part..
- Incoming chemical Inspection: Proper chemical sources are identified and raw material is sourced along with the manufacturers Test Certificate. Irrespective of manufacturers Test Certificate we do periodical testing independently on a random check. Plating Thickness measurement equipment, Slat spray Bath and Special Purpose Gauges.
- Job On Line Inspection: Every time a specific job is loaded for plating, job is thoroughly checked against the specification sheet for all the details during various stages of plating cycle..
Finally inspection report is made based on the online inspection results and all readings are recorded at periodical intervals as specified in the Quality Plans and component specification sheets which is the sole basis for the acceptable parameters of particular job. Before the final packaging and dispatch, job inspection report is checked by qualified Inspectors for the final clearance for dispatch. |

TRIPLEX ELECTRO-CHEM is specialized in high quality plating of Copper, Nickel, electro-less Nickel, lead free tin which gives whisker free plating and also Silver and Gold plating as per specification. We, at TRIPLEX ELECTRO-CHEM use ultramodern technology available to achieve finest plating quality. It is our everlasting endeavour to pursue our quality objectives. For the best quality control, we use hi-tech instruments such as XRF Tester and Micro Hardness Tester to measure plating thickness and hardness. Our business ethics are such that they never allow us to negotiate with quality.
High degree of accuracy is maintained in coating thickness measurements, bath analysis and material analysis . Even multilayer plating thickness as thin as 0.1 micrometers can be measured through this method. This cutting edge technology allows precise control over all the process parameters, which ultimately gives the exact result as specified by the customer. |
