Solderability Testing

solderability of the plated components is checked with the help of different alloy solder baths such as tin (60%)-lead(40%) alloy and tin(96. 5%)-copper(o. 5%)-silver(3%) alloy. Temperatures of these baths are controlled as per the requirement specified by the customer.

Chemical Testing

to assure excellent quality of plating, it is imperative to keep bath parameters within specified limits. These parameters are measured using in house chemical testing facility.
