Trishla Gear Industries supply worm Reduction Gear Boxes that are rugged in Construction . The worm shafts are made of Hardened alloy steels and worm wheels are made of High Grade Phosphor Bronze.

We supply Valve actuator gear boxes to all leading Valve manufacturers in India. Trishla Valve Actuator Gear boxes are used in Globe Valves, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves etc.,  upto a size of 48” and are designed for a torque of 10000 NM.

Trishla manufactures a wide range of Internal Gears and Internal Splines. Our Internal Gears find their application in Planetary Ring Gears, Planetary Carriers, Couplings, Clutch arrangements. We can supply Internal gears upto a diameter of 900 mm and 14 Module.

We can supply profile ground gears upto Large Modules like 25 Module and Diameter upto 2000 mm. We have been suppling Large Module Slew Drive Pinions with Gear Grinding in the field of material Handling. We also supply gears which are finished by Gear Shaving Process. Most of our Helical Gear Boxes are supplied with Ground Gears for enhanced life and reduced noise. Ground Worm Shafts and spline shafts are also supplied by Trishla.

We manufacture a wide range of Worm shafts and Worm wheel pairs. We manufacture Multi start Worms and worm shafts and with profile grinding of worm shafts along with mating Worm wheel. We use High quality PB2 material which is cast with the Hub directly and this gives much higher life for the worm wheel as the Phosphor Bronze gets reinforced with the Hub Material.

We also supply worm shafts and worm wheels as spares for all type of worm reduction gear boxes.

We at TRISHLA specialize in the field of Gear Racks and mating Pinions. We manufacture High Precision Racks created using Generation process and also Heavy Duty Racks with higher  Modules. We also supply Hardened and Profile Ground Racks as per customer requirements.

We manufacture Geared Couplings and Spline shafts which are rated high in terms of quality and accuracy for all type of Industrial use.Geared Couplings gears are used for uniting the motors and gearboxes

Excellent Torque transmitting capacity, Heat treated Teeth, Fixing bolts with higher tensile strength and capacity to withstand jerk load are some of the features of our Geared Couplings. We manufacture both Involute splines As per DIN 5480 and straight splines. Depending upon the customer’s requirement, we can also supply Spline Shafts with Profile Grinding.
