Mechanical Gears

We at Trishla Gear Industries have a full fledged set up of Bevel Gear Generation Machines. We manufacture Straight Bevel Gears, Helical Bevel Gears, Spiral Bevel Gears capable of handling higher KW. All our gear are Lapped to attain a minimum of 80% contact pattern.

Our Bevel Gears are widely used in Valve Actuator Gear Boxes, Electrical equipments like ON load Tap Changers, Material Handling equipments and Gear Boxes, Rotavators etc.

Trishla manufactures a wide range of Internal Gears and Internal Splines. Our Internal Gears find their application in Planetary Ring Gears, Planetary Carriers, Couplings, Clutch arrangements. We can supply Internal gears upto a diameter of 900 mm and 14 Module.

We can supply profile ground gears upto Large Modules like 25 Module and Diameter upto 2000 mm. We have been suppling Large Module Slew Drive Pinions with Gear Grinding in the field of material Handling. We also supply gears which are finished by Gear Shaving Process. Most of our Helical Gear Boxes are supplied with Ground Gears for enhanced life and reduced noise. Ground Worm Shafts and spline shafts are also supplied by Trishla.

We manufacture a wide range of Worm shafts and Worm wheel pairs. We manufacture Multi start Worms and worm shafts and with profile grinding of worm shafts along with mating Worm wheel. We use High quality PB2 material which is cast with the Hub directly and this gives much higher life for the worm wheel as the Phosphor Bronze gets reinforced with the Hub Material.

We also supply worm shafts and worm wheels as spares for all type of worm reduction gear boxes.
