Trishul Machine tool Pvt. Ltd. began as a tiny industry with a very meager investment in the year 1994. It developed the Polygon turning Machine in the year 1995 and today it is solely catering to the entire requirement of Polygon Turning Machines to the Indian manufacturing industry.

The Polygon Turning machine was originally designed as a special purpose machine to meet specific requirements of the customers. Over a period of time with the increase of orders, the need for standardization became imperative. The company then took up a major task of standardization of the product range. The products were standardized into 3 distinct models to meet the price performance ratio of the customers. The products are very well accepted by the customers in India and abroad. About 40%-50% of the machines are being dispatched against repeat orders by the existing customers. The first overseas order for the machine came from United Kingdom in 2004, ever since the exports have grown consistently to customers in the USA, Turkey, U K Germany and China. The company has recorded a consistent growth in excess of 30% over the years. From mere Rs 6.80 Lakhs in the first year of operation in 1994-95 the company has grown to a turnover of over 70 million for the year 2010-2011.
